Having a lot of experience, we constantly use pads under the beams.
On our market we can find recycled pads (pressed crumb from old tires).
We decided not to use this material and chose the thermoplastic rubber (TPE).
Pads made of thermoplastic elastomer guarantee the functioning of products without loss of operational properties for many years under the influence of constantly changing atmospheric factors (frost and heat, high and low humidity, etc.)
TPE beam paddings have an increased elasticity at low temperatures.
This material does not contain toxic elements such as sulfur and chlorine. TPE contains no stabilizers of lead and other heavy metals.
Durability is more than 30 years.
The concrete base looks straight only at a glance, but as soon as you start laying the beams all the irregularities are immediately visible.
We use three pad sizes – 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm, which makes it easy to level out any irregularities in the subfloor under the beam.
